Order

How can I order JCreator?

You can purchase JCreator Pro using any of the following methods:
  1. Credit Card.
  2. Bank/Wire Transfers.
  3. Check and Cash.
  4. Fax and Phone.
Please be sure to carefully fill out all personal information fields in the order form.
It is especially important to enter the correct e-mail address because all important information regarding your order, your receipt, and generally the product you ordered itself, will be sent to this e-mail address. We recommend carefully entering the address twice to avoid any errors and to avoid delays in processing your order.

Lastly, please select your payment type and currency, and confirm all entries by clicking on "Next Step". On the next page, you can recheck your information and make any necessary corrections.

Click on "Order now" to submit your order. You will then see a final order confirmation page.

You can print out your own invoice. Click on "Print Invoice Version" in the lower left corner of the page. A copy of this receipt will automatically be e-mailed to you together with your order confirmation.

Can I enter different billing and shipping addresses?

Yes, you can enter two different addresses when ordering online, as well as when ordering through share-it customer service.
All correspondence relating to the order and payment will be sent by e-mail to the billing address. The product will be delivered to the email account given as the delivery address.

What will happen after I place my order?

You will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately after you place your order online. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail that will contain all of your order data including your invoice or receipt.
If you chose to pay by credit / debit card or transferred the funds online during the order process, your order will be processed immediately.

If you chose a different payment option, you will receive detailed information with your order confirmation that explains how to effect payment. Orders are processed once payment has been received.

If you do not receive an order confirmation after you have submitted your order, please contact share-it customer service directly or jcreator support.


Can I use my freemail address?

A freemail address is an e-mail address that is free of charge and generally anonymous. E-mail is our primary method of corresponding with you. Most products are delivered via e-mail, and you will receive your order confirmation and receipt via e-mail.
However, in most cases, you may still choose to use your freemail address. Orders placed online with a credit or debit card may not be accepted, in which case you will receive a message during the order process advising you to use a different address.

How can I place a purchase order?

Business customers can generally place a purchase order (PO) through the customer service of share-it. Private customers are not eligible for this type of order. POs should be printed directly from your accounting system on company letterhead. All POs must include the following information so that we can process your order:
  • The product name and and the 6-digit product ID number

  • The number of units you wish to order

  • The name to which the product should be licensed

  • Your company's billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address

  • Contact name, phone number and fax number

  • The e-mail address for the order confirmation and invoice and, if different, the e-mail address for delivery

  • The currency you would like to order in (if applicable)
    If this information is complete, share-it customer service will be able to process your order without delay.

How can I obtain a written quote?

You can request a written quote via share-it. The prices listed in the quote are not binding upon us and are also subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Please submit the following information for your quote:
  • The product name and and the 6-digit product ID number (see purchase tables)

  • The number of units you wish to order

  • The name to which the product should be licensed

  • Your company's billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address

  • Contact name, phone number and fax number

  • The e-mail address for the order confirmation and invoice and, if different, the e-mail address for delivery

  • The currency you would like to order in (if applicable)
    If this information is complete, share-it customer service will be able to process your order without delay.


We will list a unique 7-digit quote number on our quote. If you have questions about the quote or wish to place an order, please mention this number so that we can process your request quickly.

Do you have resellers in my country?

Currently, we do not use any resellers. All orders are placed via our website.

What currencies do you accept?

You can buy most products in the following currencies:
US Dollars, Euro, Pound Sterling, Australian Dollars, Japanese Yen, Canadian Dollars, or Swiss Francs. There are also display currencies, which allow you to see product prices converted into additional currencies during the online order process for reference purposes.

How will I receive my invoice?

When ordering online, you have the option of printing your own invoice. Click on "Print Invoice Version" in the lower left corner of the page displayed last.
You will also receive an e-mailed invoice together with your order confirmation.

What is this charge on my credit card /debit card statement?

Your credit card has been billed by share-it! in the name of Xinox Software. You should have received an order confirmation and receipt by e-mail at the time when your credit card was charged.

What is shareit?

share-it! is a service that processes orders on behalf of Xinox Software - jcreator.com.

When will I receive the license key?

Product delivery depends on the payment option you chose, and who actually fulfills your order:
You paid by credit card / debit card, wire transfer during the online order process, or placed a purchase order:
it will be delivered immediately with your order confirmation.

What exactly will I receive if I order JCreator?

You will receive the license code and the download link for the product.

Purchase JCreator on CD?

You can purchase JCreator on CD through ShareIt only. The CD must be purchased at the same time as the licence/s, so select the ShareIt link to the license you would like to purchase from our pricing list.

JCreator on CD costs US$9.95 , in addition to the cost of the JCrearor licence. Shipment by mail can take 3 to 8 business days within the EU and the USA and 10 to 25 business days in other countries and regions. You can use this CD as a backup copy of your product, for example: If you were to lose the downloaded product for any reason, you can again unlock the full version of the product at any time using the CD and the license key.

The CD contains the extact same setup file which you can download from the website.

It is worthwhile checking for new updates as soon as you receive your CD, as the shipping delay may mean your CD is slightly out of date at the time of delivery.
